Naber Organ of the Reformed Church from Rumpt (Netherlands)

Naber Organ of the Reformed Church from Rumpt
                                                                                              History
Rumpt is a small village in the Betuwe region of the Netherlands. Its population is 745 people.

The village is mentioned for the first time in 960, as the property of the Saint Martin Church in Utrecht.
The tower of the Dutch Reformed church was built in the 13th century, and the Gothic style church in the 15th century.

The organ of the church was built in 1842 by Carl Friedrich August Naber, a Dutch craftsman of German origin. The beautiful, small organ with a baroque arrangement was restored by Pels & Van Leeuwen in 1986, then in 2016 it was overhauled by Consultare Orgelbouw and Denny Bambacht. Thanks to this, the organ is still in very good condition; the pride of the village and the church.

The organ was recorded by Leander van den Bos et al in the spring of 2023 with DPA 4006 microphones. I made the audio sample from the recorded raw material.

Special thanks to Leander and his colleagues for the brilliant recording. This was the fourth time we worked together with Leander, I hope we can continue this project, not only for our pleasure, but also for the Hauptwerk community.
The following friends helped me to make and publish the sample set (in alphabetical order): Gérard Lefranc István Nagy and Jean-Pierre Silvestre. If something's done well, it's thanks to them. Thank you for their work.

Download / Order
You can try the demo version by downloading the demo install file.
You can install the Demo version with Hauptwerk 4.2 or v5-8.
The Trial Versions of the Rumpt Organ has a limited compass of C2-C3 (048-c to 060-c) in the pedal, C2-G5 (048-c to 079-g) in the manuals. All other functions work. So you can’t use this for play, but by using it you can learn all about the possibilities of the Hauptwerk sample set.
